Why do we need a consultant?

Because sometimes we get stuck.  You can call your best friend, you can talk to your spouse, you can even call your mother.  But all of them have some vested interest in what you do with your life.

What's the difference between a Life Consultant and a Life Coach?

To me, a coach is there to encourage you, to help you win, to focus on the goal...  I see a bit of a rah-rah cheerleader and a tough disciplinarian (Do 400 push ups, now!).  But a consultant... someone who is professional, serious, focused on what you personally need and want.  Now, sometimes a consultant has to point out that what you want is not necessarily what you need or what is good for you.  But it is a supportive relationship.

What's involved?

Intuitive Counseling may help you.  We start by a simple conversation, using questions to uncover hidden priorities and issues, seeking clarity in your specific situation.  This is not the same as meeting with a psychic or reader.  I claim no supernatural powers.  But I find that intuitively I am able to reach information that proves to be helpful for people to resolve their issues.

My technique often involves directive questioning that will lead you to your own solutions.  You may find this approach to be far more useful to you as you act on decisions you make rather than take directions from others.
